Yoga Nidra Meditations for Your Human Design Type
What if the reason rest feels hard…
is because you’ve never been taught how to rest in alignment with your design?
Rest by Design is a collection of trauma-informed Yoga Nidra meditations created specifically for each of the five Human Design energy types:
• Generators
• Manifesting Generators
• Manifestors
• Projectors
• Reflectors
Each meditation is intentionally crafted to support your unique nervous system tendencies, energetic rhythms, and subconscious conditioning patterns.
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about helping you rest in the way your body was designed to.
Why This Is Different
Most meditation practices are one-size-fits-all.
But your energy works differently depending on your type.
Generators and Manifesting Generators often struggle with over-working and burnout.
Manifestors carry pressure to initiate and control.
Projectors feel unseen and exhausted from over-giving.
Reflectors absorb more than they realize.
Each Yoga Nidra in this collection:
✓ Speaks directly to your type’s core conditioning patterns
✓ Supports nervous system regulation
✓ Gently rewires subconscious beliefs
✓ Helps you feel safe enough to rest
✓ Integrates sankalpa (heart-centered intention) for deep inner alignment
These meditations are done lying down, allowing the body to fully release muscular effort so the subconscious mind becomes receptive. This is where true rewiring happens — without force.
Inside the Collection
You will receive:
• A 15-minute guided Yoga Nidra tailored to your Human Design type
• Type-specific affirmations and subconscious re-patterning language
• Gentle nervous system regulation
• A rest-based approach to alignment (not performance-based growth)
This is for you if:
– You feel exhausted but struggle to slow down
– You’re curious about Human Design but want something grounded
– You want healing without pushing
– You’re ready to rest in alignment instead of hustle
Rest is not about doing less.
It’s about returning to who you are underneath conditioning.
Rest by Design helps you soften into your natural rhythm — the way your nervous system was always meant to function.
Your design already knows how to rest.
This practice helps you remember 🤍
